Professor (Amb.) Mondy Gold is a dedicated scholar and leader with doctorate degrees in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Management. As the President of the Ijaw Diaspora Council, Amadabo of the Ijaw Diaspora, he has committed his life to advancing innovation, leadership, and socio-economic empowerment of Ijaw Nation.
Additionally, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Democratic Coalition (NADECO) USA, where he champions the principles of democracy, justice, and good governance for the betterment of Nigeria and the African continent. His induction into the Nigerian Hall of Fame stands as a tribute to the enduring legacy of his contributions to society. His recent appointment as Deputy Pro-Chancellor and Professorial Chair at the prestigious EBS/HIBC College of Divinity is a testament to his lifelong dedication to academic excellence and transformative leadership.
Notable milestones include delivering the Keynote Address on “Bridging the Academia-Industry Gap in Entrepreneurship Education” at Emmanuel University’s Post-Doctoral Graduation Ceremony and authoring the authorized biography of Major Isaac Adaka Boro. He is also honored as a Nigerian Peace Ambassador, recipient of the U.S. President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, and Colorado State University’s Best Faculty Award.
Residing in Newark, New Jersey, he remains steadfast in his mission to inspire transformative leadership, promote innovation, and preserve the cultural heritage of the Ijaw people.
