Jumoke Akin-Taylor is a passionate and dedicated advocate and strategist for responsible, ethical, and accountable leadership in the pursuit of good governance, as well as for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in nation-building.

Driven by her commitment to creating inclusive spaces where marginalized voices are amplified, Jumoke is focused on empowering individuals to thrive and fulfill their God-given purpose.

She currently serves as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing capital construction projects. Additionally, she holds the position of 2nd Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at TriAfrica Empowerment Foundation, where she coordinates team efforts to drive the organization’s initiatives. Jumoke is also an Executive Director and founding member of the Rebuild Nigeria Initiative, an organization dedicated to reconciliation and peace-building within dissenting communities.

Jumoke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering Technology and a Master’s degree in Construction Management. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), and a Design Build Institute of America Professional (DBIA). Additionally, she is a CCM Trainer, facilitating professional development courses for the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).

Her contributions to the construction industry have earned her multiple awards. Beyond her professional work, Jumoke actively serves on various boards and national committees, collaborating with organizations that promote nation-building and advocate for underrepresented communities, particularly the youth. She also facilitates “Project Management Fundamentals” training for Nigerian youths under TriAfrica EF’s School of Leadership and Governance.

Jumoke’s personal values of empathy, integrity, and collaboration are evident in her work and leadership style. She is the author of “A Look at Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Inside the Construction Industry” and serves as the convener of “Circles of Grace,” a virtual empowering platform designed to support individuals find and live out God’s purpose. Additionally, she writes a Christian journal under “The Father’s Jewel.”
