Chief Kareem has 15 years of experience in geriatrics, and she is a dedicated nurse and healthcare advocate. She has held multiple leadership positions in the healthcare industry, championing patient-centered care and elderly advocacy. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders. She founded IN the Zone, a mentoring program dedicated to empowering teen girls. As the Executive Director of Kentuckiana Africans United, she fosters unity and support within African communities.
Her talents extend into entertainment, where she has made a mark as an actress, most notably starring as the supporting actress in the film Chokehold. She is also a TEDx speaker, using her platform to share transformative ideas to inspire change in the community.
