Professor Charles Emoekpere Orbih stands as a beacon of excellence and innovation across the fields of travel, education, development, and technology. A visionary entrepreneur, he is the Founder of Jacoo Travels and the dynamic Co-Founder of Cyber Training & Consulting Services. He is also a co-founder of the African Education and Research Foundation (AERF), a pioneer of early email communication between the United States and Nigeria in the 1990s, whose expertise and entrepreneurial spirit continue to redefine the boundaries of consultancy and innovation. As a co-founder of the Nigeria Diaspora Coalition for Change, he leads efforts to empower the Nigerian diaspora to advocate boldly for better governance and a more equitable and just Nigeria.

Professor Orbih’s academic and professional pedigree reflects a relentless pursuit of excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Management from EdSea Business School (Open Christian University). He serves as the Professorial Chair for EBS HIBC College of Entrepreneurship and ICT Innovation, exemplifying a rare blend of technical mastery and strategic vision.

He is a certified Stanford University Project Manager (SCPM), a Cisco Systems White and Green Belt Security Ninja, and a Proofpoint Certified Ransomware Expert, demonstrating his commitment to staying at the forefront of technology and cybersecurity.

Professor Orbih believes that in the 21st century, community service is not merely a duty but an opportunity to uplift underrepresented populations and heal communities.

He also envisions technology as a transformative force that shapes human and organizational interactions, fostering sustainable systems in healthcare, politics, and social engagement, including travel and tourism.

His accomplishments have earned him widespread recognition, including the African American Economic Forum Award, Global Legacy Leadership Award, Black History Achievement Hall of Magnum Opus Inductee, Government College Ughelli Distinguished Mariner, African Community Services Award, and the Nigeria Impactful Leaders Award.

As Chairman and President of Ogbona Diaspora in the Americas, Professor Orbih collaborates with Ogbona indigenes and friends of Ogbona at home and abroad to address critical challenges in education, healthcare, infrastructure, security, small scale industries, and agricultural development. Under his leadership, the diaspora has partnered with NPAG to provide a water borehole at the Primary Health Centre and is currently equipping the Ogbona Secondary School STEM Club with the latest technology to expand opportunities for youth.

Professor Orbih is a devoted family man, married with five children, and remains an enduring inspiration through his unwavering commitment to innovation, community, and national service.
